The season of Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, February 18th.  St. Stephen's will hold distribution of ashes and mass at 12 noon and 6:00 p.m. Almighty and everlasting God, who hatest nothing that thou hast made, and dost forgive the sins of all those who are penitent; Create and make in us new and contrite hearts, that we, worthily lamenting our sins and acknowledging our wretchedness, may obtain of thee, the God of all mercy, perfect remission and forgiveness, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

The next Women's Meet & Greet is Saturday, February 14th at 10:00 a.m. This is a wonderful opportunity for all women of the Church to enjoy coffee/tea, sweets/treats and good conversation. In Memoriam - Nancy Barrett

  It is with great sorrow that we report the death of our beloved Church Administrator, Nancy Barrett. Nancy passed away on Saturday, January 24 at St. Mary's Hospice, following a period of declining health. For more than 9 years, Nancy acted as Assistant to the Rector and Business Manager for the parish. In addition, she served on the staff of Archbishop Mark Haverland and also managed the Anglican Parishes Association online bookstore and assisted with various functions within the Diocese of the South.
